Day 972: Happy Mama

I ran a 10k this morning in under an hour! Awesome Joyful Moment! And I got to run the first part of it with a couple of friends. Even better.

And then, there were just so many moments with my darling Darling A. She's just so sweet and adorable and precious. And fun. So many sweet Joyful Moments!

And for icing on the cake, HH went to a conference this morning and arrived home quite early this afternoon! It was so great!

And thus, I am happy.

About Me

The purpose of this blog has evolved over the years. It started as a blog to discuss ways to create greater joy in our lives. But then I decided to post a daily Joyful Moment for a year to help me get through the pregnancy and infancy of my third child. The year came and went and I wasn't ready to give it up yet. So, I just kept going. Now, I'm chronicling my experience with talk therapy, too.

The cast of characters includes me (Cheryl), my husband HH (Hot Honey) who is kind enough to wash the dishes while I post many nights, Sweet P my 8-year old daughter, Little M my 6-year old son, Baby B my soon-to-be 3-year old son, and Darling A our precious baby girl.
