Day 190: Chugga Chugga

I forgot to mention another of yesterday's Joyful Moments--having some of our good friends over for dinner. They're just fun people.

Today's Joyful Moment was riding the train at the zoo with my three kiddos, my mom, and my brother-in-law. Choo Choo!

And then being there to witness my mom and HH's younger brother discovering a common love for oldies and singing multiple duets together while we all played games. It was a little weird. But mostly, funny.

Wishing you all Joyful Moments that are a little weird, but mostly funny!

When I went to bed last night I found 2 pieces of paper under my pillow - one was a love note and the other was a drawing of my granddaughter and me together. JOY!; August 07, 2010

About Me

The purpose of this blog has evolved over the years. It started as a blog to discuss ways to create greater joy in our lives. But then I decided to post a daily Joyful Moment for a year to help me get through the pregnancy and infancy of my third child. The year came and went and I wasn't ready to give it up yet. So, I just kept going. Now, I'm chronicling my experience with talk therapy, too.

I would love for you to join in on my challenge and share your joys here, as well!

The cast of characters includes me (Cheryl), my husband HH (Hot Honey) who is kind enough to wash the dishes while I post many nights, Sweet P my 8-year old daughter, Little M my 6-year old son, Baby B my soon-to-be 3-year old son, and Darling A our precious baby girl.
